We charge a flat shipping fee on all orders, regardless of order size or destination within Pakistan.

Business days do not include Sundays and public holidays. Delivery timelines may be extended during peak sale periods, Eid, or adverse weather conditions.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1โ2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details via WhatsApp or the contact information provided at checkout.
Orders are only dispatched after full payment or COD confirmation
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct at the time of ordering โ we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information
In case of an address change, notify us before dispatch โ changes cannot be made once the order is shipped

Payment Methods
We offer both advance payment and Cash on Delivery for your convenience.

Bank transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or online payment. Order is confirmed immediately upon payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay in cash when your order arrives. Available across Pakistan. COD orders may take slightly longer to process.
โ COD Policy
For COD orders, please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. If a COD order is refused or returned without valid reason, you may be restricted from future COD purchases.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be shared with you. You can use this number on the courier's website to track your parcel in real time.
If you have not received your tracking details within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to us at minhanbysana@gmail.com or via Instagram/WhatsApp.

Delays & Lost Parcels
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Minhanbysana is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service, customs, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
If your parcel is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we will coordinate with the courier on your behalf to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Delivery to remote areas may take additional 2โ3 days beyond the standard timeframe
