Return & Exchange Policy Valid for orders within Pakistan only


At Minhanbysana, every piece is prepared with care and quality. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

No Returns Policy

We do not accept returns on any orders. All sales made through Minhanbysana are considered final once the order has been confirmed and dispatched.


We strongly encourage customers to review size guides, product descriptions, and images carefully before completing a purchase. If you have any questions about an item, please contact us before ordering.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Contact us within

24 hours

of receiving your order with clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item. Claims raised after 24 hours will not be entertained.

Size Exchange

We offer a size exchange only, subject to the following conditions:


Exchange request must be raised within 24 hours of receiving your order

Item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from any stains, odours, or damage

Original tags must be intact and the item must be in its original packaging

The requested size must be available in stock — exchanges cannot be guaranteed if the size is sold out

Return and re-delivery shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Sale or discounted items are not eligible for size exchange

How to request a size exchange:

Message us on Instagram DM or WhatsApp with your order number within 24 hours of delivery

Send clear photographs of the item in its original condition so we can verify eligibility

We will confirm stock availability for your requested size and provide return instructions

Ship the item back to us — once received and inspected, the new size will be dispatched

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances:


Custom or personalised orders (special stitching, monogramming, or made-to-measure)

Sale items and items purchased with a discount code or during promotional events

Gift cards or store credit vouchers

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or show any signs of use

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item before placing an order.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to contact us about the item you have, and once the exchange is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you do not miss out on stock while the process is ongoing.

Refunds

As a general rule, we do not offer refunds. However, in the rare case of a verified damaged or incorrect item, we will notify you once we have received and inspected the return, and let you know if a refund has been approved.


If approved, you will be refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
